[ New ]There are two things to check. First, let's make sure that your camera's firmware is up to date. The best way to do this is to do a manual update. Instructions for doing a manual update are at https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero7-black.
The second thing to check is that the SD card you're using in the camera is compatible with your GoPro. We have a list of recommended SD cards at https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations. If you have another card that's on this list, please try that card and see if helps resolve the issue.
