Go Pro Hero 7 Black Water under lens [ New ]

I got my gopro Hero 7 a few months ago but have only tried it in water while on vacation this week. Each time I've tried to use it water has gotten under the lens. I've repeatedly dried it out and removed the lens and put it back to check the seal. There seems to be a gap that the water is getting into. Videos are coming out all fogged up so it's definitely a major issue for me. Any way to fix this,

@kristaz853, I suggest removing the Protective Lens and allowing the unit to dry in an air conditioned and/or low humidity environment (<50% Humidity). Once traces of fogging has cleared, securely re-attach the Protective Lens.

Make sure that the lens cover is attached properly following the steps here.

If it's still the same, let our Support Team check on this further.

It will be best if you can send them pictures of the camera with/without the cover and the protective lens itself.

This will help us isolate the issue further.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried removing and replacing the lens cap as instructed - it was definitely better after this, but some water droplets were still getting inside.
