My go pro hero 5 session is 8 months old and I've had nothing but problems since I bought it. And now, about two months ago, the unit does not turn on at all. Yes, I made sure the battery was charged, the unit was even hot to the touch. Yes, I tried different SD cards just in case they affected the boot-up, and yes I tried resetting and rebooting procedures. But now when trying to turn the unit on I get no lights, no messages, nothing.
I've had a horrible time trying to get in touch with customer service. The chat line never works, I send in Facebook questions and don't receive answers, I call the customer service line and hang-up after being on hold for hours straight, and even my inquiries to the CEO go unanswered. And even a BBB complaint doesn't end up with a response.
Please provide me an RMA number so I may return this defective unit.
