Go Pro Hero 5 Black footage isn't playable on PC, but can watch it on the actual Go Pro itself?

Alright guys, so I have an issue where if I record a video I can watch it back on my Hero 5 Black no problem, but once I connect the Go Pro to the PC, I cannot watch the footage or even import it into sony vegas, if I try to watch it then the video player will just show a loading screen but then a message pops up saying "Please try again. If the problem continues, visit https://support.microsoft.com to check for guidance.", I have also tried to copy the files from the Go Pro to my computer and then trying to play them but I then get the message "This file isn’t playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt."

I have tried different class 10 SD cards but still get the same issue, any help?

Hi @spirypike1657,

Sounds like this is going to be an issue with your system. I would recommend making sure you have the most up to date graphics card.

If you would like our Support Team can help you through that process!
