I bought a Hero 4 Refurbished Silver GoPro end of March and as soon as I got it it started freezing so I havn't really been able to use it and been really busy since. I tried emailing and they gave me all these different things to try i.e. SD Card, software update etc. It isn't the SD card making it freeze as I have taken that out and it still freezes. I have updated everything aswell! I go on holiday soon and just really want the camera for that but it simply just freezes when you try and use it.
I have been on hold to them for 2 hours today and the chat just doesn't 'connect you to an agent' even though it says it will, so i cannot get in touch with them at all.... I need to get this sorted ASAP please could anybody help me?!!!

I got an email from GoPro on friday and replied and have had no response since, is there a reason for this do you know? Need my problem sorting ASAP and it seems they're being as long to reply as possible with me!

@megastoke78131 We are currently experiencing high volume and agents are doing their best to get through each case in a timely matter, however replies can take 24-48 hours. You should be receiving a followup shortly.

I am facing the same issue, even I received an email and replied to it immediately with the concerned details. It was on 7th of JUNE and till date i.e 22nd of JUNE I havent received any response.

Yea GoPro support is the worst support I have ever dealt with. I have waited almost 2 hours on chat and still have not gotten anyone to help me. It seems as though they help people faster in the community forums which is meant for members of gopros to talk and look into new things than the support people at gopro. I finally just got a hold of an agent after waiting for 1 hour. Yesterday i waited on the phone for 20 minutes before said to myself if i memorized the whole song and that Paul reccomends a namebrand sd card such as lexar sandisk or samsung and it should be a class 10 i said i give up. They really need more people working in this division of the company because obviously there are a lot of people with gopro issues such as the gopro hero 3 not being able to turn on and sometimes getting stuck at the red light when it does turn on, which is the issue that i have. Please get better with your support and stop helping the community forums so much.

Very true..I still havent received any kind of response from GoPro. I wonder how a company like GoPro can have such poor after-sales services. Sometimes i doubt my decision of buying a GoPro.
