Glitchy / Corrupted Footage???

Hi all, recently I've been having trouble with my GoPro footage being glitchy and corrupted. I used to have a GoPro 3 and it started doing this recently. I recently purchased a GoPro 4 and it still is doing the same thing. Every clip is glitchy and corrupted, I've played the clips on different apps like VLC and Quicktime, I've even transcoded the footage to ProRess to see if it would change and it does not.
Could this be due to my SD card? It's happend with both the cards I have, SanDisk 64GB 1 Class 10??
This is what the footage always ends up looking like...Has anyone else experienced this???Screen Shot 2018-07-13 at 1.48.38 PM.png

Hi @averyarchie123

Try to get one of there SD card: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations
SanDisk ULTRA is not a recommended SD card.

You may also consider getting a new firmware update manually.

You can go to GoPro Update Page and follow the steps or contact GoPro Customer Support for a step by step instructions.

https://gopro.com/update

On that website choose Product Update and select camera model and then choose update your camera manually.

-Type in your serial number and email address.

-Follow on screen instruction.

Regards,

-Jay

Hi @averyarchie123,

What is the specific SanDisk Model?

Looks like SD card issue.
