Ghosting double imagine on still photo

I have been taking still photos of my dog and I’m getting a lot of double imagine /ghosting when she moves.

Videos are fine ... any thoughts? I’m guessing it’s a setting issue

Hi

 

If you use HDR and your object will move, for sure you will have ghost effect...why?

 

HDR technique primary is doing 3 pictures with different exposure (can do much more):

 

1 +1.0

2   0,0

3  -1,0

 

and combine to one......why.....

 

Because overexposure will show some hidden in the shadows details. Normal is normal ;) And underexposure picture will give you some overexposure elements.
