[ New ]Hello @ignaciokess. Do you have sample files that we can take a look at? Any visible damage that you observe on the lenses? Typically, if a camera is damaged out of the box, you can reach out to the seller for a faster turn around on an exchange. Ya me he puesto en contacto con el equipo de soporte, les he enviado capturas de imagen del problema y estamos trabajando en la resolución del inconveniente.
Cuando esté resuelto, contaré mi experiencia por si a alguien más le sucede.

[ New ]Hola @mariustanya , me surgió otra consulta respecto de este tema. En caso que deba enviar mi GoPro para revisión o remplazo, la garantía me cubre el reembolso del dinero que me cobren? qué documentación debo presentar? Gracias

[ New ]Great to know that your case is already attended to, @ignaciokess. If processed as a warranty claim, you will be sent a shipping label so you can send your damaged camera free of charge. You will also be provided a list of items and documents that you need to submit. It will be sent to your email.
