The GPS is about 18hz, the accelerometer about 200hz, Gyro about 400hz, and other streams have other frequencies. This also varies between camera models, but I think GPS is always the same. However, when extracting the data for Virb Edit Extractor downsamples it to 1Hz, as Virb Edit has problems calculating speeds for higher frequencies.
