GOpro9

La mia gopro9, acquistata a dicembre, funziona male. Inizia a registrare, poi si blocca il video e continua a registrare solo l'audio.

 

Ho fatto diverse prove, cambiando batterie e cambiando le impostazioni del video, ma ha sempre lo stesso problema. Inoltre un paio di volte mostrava nello schermo la videata "Spezzata", con la partte che di solito è in alto mostrata in basso e viceversa.

 

Vorrei sostituirla in garanzia.

 

Cosa devo fare?

I did the update. And tested the GOPRO9 in a easy way and it seems to work now. But I will have the possibility to test it in the same conditions of the day I had the problems only at the end of next week
