GOPRO

i wish to bring you to your knowledge that the GOPRO that we have purchase from your authorized dealer is defective. This item bearing serial number c3161327732602 was purchased on October 1, 2017 with OR no. 0003-00494128

As per description indicated by your authorized dealer, the item is purely waterproof which made us decide not to buy a casing for it. Unfortunately, just last week as it was immersed into the sea it suddenly blurred and ceased in functioning only to find out that the water went through it. We only used it for mountaineering and when we tried it as mention above we were shocked. We never questioned its good quality but it happened to be not as what we expected it.

With this, i request you to please look into this matter and we wish that this unit may be replaced or perhaps extend any necessary assistance.
