I have always been a GoPro user and my first GoPro was a Hero 5 Black and now I recently upgraded to 7 Black. I bought it Last February of this year and I loved it so much! The hypersmooth feature was really amazing but my main purpose of always buying a GoPro is how you can use it underwater and capture videos and pictures beautifully even if it's really tiny. So yesterday, we went out on the beach and brought my GoPro 7 Black with the suit on for added protection. We were snorkeling within 2 meters deep when suddenly it encountered an SD card error and went black. When I opened the suit it has little water leakage so apparently the suit isn't waterproof anymore but I was confident that my GoPro will be okay because it is claimed to be waterproof at 10meters but when I tried to open the battery slot, water leaked through it and I was shocked. I thought it was waterproof because all ports were closed and secured so what happened? Even before, I had minor issues with it like when I turn it off, it takes 7-10 seconds delay to fully shut down and during usage I encountered some crashing that I have to remove the battery to get it working again. I am so frustrated right now because I invested in this product for its claim and specs but it failed me. Hoping someone could share their similar experience.

I can only imagine how disappointed you are right now. I am really heart broken because these cameras are not cheap and it's sad that they wouldn't last long. Did they reach out to you yet?
