Hi, @jefft, that's fine. I couldn't where to begin the Omni registration process but eventually did and now happy to wait for the approval to come sometime soon. Thanks.
P.S. As others have said this process could definitely be improved.

We need the Omni for a web-tutorial and we are a little bit in hurry, because we flashed one of the cameras with the normal 26.01.10 GoPro firmware.
After Omni-registration I already got an email from the Support HUB team, that they can`t find my account.
We are in stationed in Germany and starting tomorrow with filming.
