GO PRO Hero 5 Black not charging/not turning on

hello there! I am a new user of Go Pro. Mine is Hero 5 Black. this past day, my Go Pro Battery got drained. and when I was charging it, I notice that it is not charging at all. I tried plugging in for more than 1 hour already but still not working. And I tried to turn it on, it's not turning on as well. Please advise what should I do. Thank you very much for your help.

@blesildal1 - The exclamation point is a sign that the camera's firmware may not have installed completely. Try doing a manual update on your camera. Instructions are at https://gopro.com/update/hero5. That should take care of the issues, but if not, please let us know.

Another thing is when I pressed the Mode Button, blinking red light appears and an exclamation mark shows on the front small screen of the camera. I cannot stop the red blinking light whatever I press. It only stops when I remove the battery from the camera.
