GO PRO 7 BLACK EDITION SE CALIENTA MUCHISIMO ( QUEMA) Y SE APAGA.

Hola mi cámara modelo go pro 7 hero black edition se calienta en exceso hasta el punto de quemar y se apaga por ese sobrecalentamiento, Solo la tengo dos semanas y las grabaciones se han hecho con la cámara a la sombra y a 1080/60. la tarjeta de memoria es la que me mandaron desde la propia pagina de go pro y las baterias son nuevas. Es incomprensible.

Hello @xavilon106. Sorry to hear you're having issues with the camera. Make sure that a recommended SD card is used for your camera. Using SD cards that aren't recommended can cause issues like freezing as the card isn't fast enough to write the content, the camera getting hot or battery consumption is higher than normal as the camera stays in an active mode trying to sync to the card. 
 
Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can also help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229 

 
Additionally, it is important to determine battery integrity to make sure that your camera works smoothly. You may perform a short record time test through the instructions here: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/Short-Record-Times/ta-p/395856
