GH3+ Not Working !

Hello, i have a gopro hero 3+ black and it was working very well. But i bought another camera and used this new camera during 5 months without switching on my gopro. And one day, i wanted to use my gopro and it was not working : the gopro only works when it's connected to an electrical outlet (btw, i see an electrical outlet instead of the battery bars on the screen ?!!?) but when i disconnect it, the camera turns off automatically, and there is no possibility of switching it on when it's not connected. And sometimes, the red led appears when i connect the gopro to an electrical outlet, but it appears only during about 5 seconds and then switches off. Please help me if you know the problem i have.

This can be an issue on the battery or the unit itself (battery connector). The next step is to look in to the camera's warranty options.
