Re: Fusion stitch blurred

[ New ]

Good afternoon.
On the photo, the sharpness on the stitching line falls. On the originals it is also noticeable.

The drop in sharpness is very noticeable and is noticeable.

There is nothing like this on commercials. This concerns specifically my specimen. What to do? The camera is expensive enough to guarantee the quality of the work.

Good day.

Support deceives.
Source codes are removed with distortions at one of the edges. Programmatically, this can not be fixed.
The problem is specifically yours and my cameras.
I have pictures from other cameras and everything is fine there.

Check the serial number of the camera. My number: C3201124516751
If your number is from this series, then the whole lot is defective.

Here is an example of shooting from a working camera.
The faces are not distorted along the edges of the lens. Lowering the sharpness is almost imperceptible.Качественная камера.jpg

Today I'll ask Mick for the serial number of his camera.

Yes i recognize this.
This one is quite good on the edges...
it seems to be a production problem: 1 good and 1 bad lens, the same like mine

my SN: C3201124519758 ( the green text is the same)

let's make a list of the serial numbers with the same problem.

Only I do not know where the batch numbers end .... but GopPro does.
Only: how about the stiching, is it well or blurred??

when it is okay, "we solved the problem" in a way ....

Re: Fusion stitch blurred

Hi Everyone,

Been trying to take series of photo and what I find out is the distance really matter and the position of the camera.

If you want to focus on something make sure that the main or 1 of the lens is facing towards the subject.

If it's bright sunny day make sure 1 lens is somehow facing towards the sky to avoid uneven exposure and uneven sun rays.

Another thing is distance - if the subject or object is too close to the stitch line or should I say too close the camera it appears that the stitch line is really visible.

Try to play with the camera with different angles and distance.

If you think it's still soft/blurry or not balanced try to contact GoPro Customer Support via phone or chat.

I think I saw something on youtube as well that might help.

Hi Everyone
Just look at the grass. Left grass, right blur and abrupt transition.
This comes with the original photos.

Suggestion:check the file-edges seperately, when one of them is better the stitch never will be better because of different information from front and back

Can someone find the best lens picture, rotate the camera on the spot shoot again, then move and rename the files and see if it stitches it perfectly?
