Fusion is not connecting to gopro app on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+
[ New ]it was working so fine with my ex-Note 9, when i upgraded to the latest Note 10+, Gopro app is not connecting any more, that was like 3 months ago, now it is connecting but i can not access gopro control screen for Fusion,
it will stay in the loop foever!
any suggestions?

[ New ]Hello @widdaluv. Make sure that your phone is updated to the latest OS and that you have the latest version of the GoPro App installed. After the updates, restart your phone, clear cache (cache only, not data) on the app settings if accessible, and try pairing with the camera again.
If the issue persists, reset Wi-Fi connection by forgetting GoPro first from the list of Wi-Fi networks on your phone settings and deleting it from the list of Bluetooth devices. Also, remove the camera from the list on the GoPro App. Then re-pair.
