[ New ]Thank you for your input. I didn't see a solution on the forums yet, but the following worked for me:
1. Download the "GoPro.zip" file in the 2nd message in the following link:

2. Copy the files to the following locations:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\AdobePremiereProCC2015\Plug-Ins\Common\GoPro\
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-Ins\7.0\MediaCore\GoPro\
3. Restart PC
4. The plug-ins showed up in Premier after this. I can't get it to work in AE, but this is good enough for now.

[ New ]Same problem here. Tried everything. Install, uninstall, different folders, clear premiere cache, regedit... And nothing... Plugins appears on After Effects but not in Premiere Pro.
Any help? Thanks.

Our team is still working on a fix for this issue. There is however a workaround that can be utilized in the meantime. Since there are particular computer settings involved, please contact our Support team through phone or chat here https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs . Support will need information on OS that your computer is running on, and if you have Premiere Pro 2018 plugins in the past. Once all the details are gathered, a case will be created and submitted to our Fusion team which will then provide the workaround.
