Front screen with humidity

[ New ]

Hello,

every time i use my goPro Hero 9 to record videos in rainy weather, the front screen gets internal humidity/fog.

Don't think it is normal.

How can it be sent do repair under warranty or replacement?

Thank you

@loyalstoke1730, fogging can sometimes be as simple as humidity getting in and then appearing as the camera's temp changes. Try to keep the battery door open in a low-humidity environment, it will help get rid of the moisture on the screen.
