Front lcd not working - hero 8 black [ New ]

Unfortunately, the front digital screen beside the camera lens will not turn on despite resetting and formatting the camera multiple times. Didn't take any knocks or bangs just stopped working. Any help? What should I do. Thanks

@mark98long, If you haven't yet, try again after clearing cache and cookies or using a different browser. You may also explore using an incognito browser to see if it makes a difference.

Please try to download and install new camera firmware: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras

Make sure to follow manual firmware update.

Thanks for your help but while attempting this, the main rear screen stopped functioning properly aswell, strange colours started appearing on the display, perhaps it's a loose or broken ribbon cable, or some internal hardware malfunction.this is very onusual as it hasnt taken any physical damage while using it. I have a picture attached below. Thanks anyway.

Looks like it's a hardware problem.

Please contact GoPro customer support they can help you with that.

Thanks, but I cannot access Gopro customer support page as it will not load on multiple devices and networks. is this page in existance or can i do something else to contact gopro support?
