Freezing problem

Hello,i have a gopro hero 4 black.I have a freezing problem since i updated it to v4.Before this time there was no problem.There is no problem about my memory card.I reupdated v4 but problem still exists.I live in Turkey and bought my camera from America before 2 years ago.What should i do?
