Freeze/Block Camnara [ New ]

Hello,

The 2 times, that I use my New Hero 7 Black, it block after few minutes. impossible to take a video or a photo.

The only solution was to get out the battery and plug it again.

Do you have a new firmware to resolv this bug ?

And when ?

Be sure you are using a recommended SD card https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations
In your computer, do a FULL (not quick) format of the card
Perform a manual update.
Format the card in the camera
Perform a factory reset

If the issue persist, repeat with a different card from the list

Try to turn off the low light option. It may works!
