Free spanish contact number? They told me so and is fake

I recently contacted GoPro support by the spanish number +34 518898656  I did 2 calls and the woman and the man with whom I talked to they told me "this call is for free, don't worry for that and let me help you with your issue" My surprise when I receiverd the phone bill...

I'm seriously dissapointed with this topic.

Listed numbers here should be toll free.

Yes the number is there, I already put a demand to my phone company Telefónica, the biggest and most known phone company in Spain. I'll update the results here.

I got all the info about my issue and this number in Spain is not for free, when you are offering as free. I expect the renumeration of the money I was charged.
