Frage bezüglich Akkubestellung

Beim Versuch 2 zusätzliche Akkus zu bestellen hab ich folgende Fehlermeldung bekommen:

"Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten, aber aufgrund der IATA-Versandvorschriften können wir derzeit keine Akkus an dich versenden, wenn sich in deinem Warenkorb kein Gerät befindet (Kamera oder Drohne)"

Erstens finde ich es super lame, dass GoPro nicht beim Kaufen das irgendwo mit roten Buchstaben hinschreibt, sonst hätte ich gleich mehr Akkus geholt. Zweitens und jetzt kommt eigentlich die Frage, falls ich die zweite Kamera bestelle mit akkus und dann nur Kamera zurückschicke und Accus behalte wird  keine zusätzliche kosten entstehen oder? Wegen hinschicken von Kamera, die auch ein Akkudaibe hat oder? Und wie wird es von GoPro selbst angennomen wenn ich solche "Umwege" finde (was ich natürlichnicht mahcen würde, falls es einfach möglich wäre die akkus zu bestellen. Wieso übrigens haben die Firmen auf Amazon kein Problem damit? :/

I am from Germany and the goods are shipped from Netherlands, I highly doubt that they deliver them via Air. Anyway I have the plus subscription and want to get batteries with 50% discount directly from go pro and not those from amazon or other resellers for the full price. And I got an answer from support. I can simply buy second action cam with enough additional batteries and then send the cam back for free.

When you buy directly from GoPro they are shipping from their warehouse via Air and have to abide by the IATA regulations.  When you buy from Amazon, they usually have a local depot near you where they ship from and it's usually ground not air shipping.

 

Please use whichever method you find convenient.  If you have issues with the IATA regulations I suggest you write to your local government official and demand a change takes place immediately.
