Re: Foto Distorsionada
[ New ]Hello @toughoasis18106,
Sorry to hear about the image quality issue that you are experiencing. Is this a recent happening? Are the purple lines affecting only the photos captured through burst? What about regular video recordings and photo? Is your HERO5 Black camera updated to the latest firmware? If not, see if doing a manual update will clear the purple lines. You can follow the steps below as guide to the manual update:
- Go to the HERO5 Black update page.
- Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
- Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
- Click "Download Update."
- Click "Click here to download firmware."
- Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system.
Make sure that your camera is fully charged and that the SD card is formatted prior to updating. Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Marius
