Flickering screen Hero 7 Black [ New ]

Hi

I just took my new go pro hero 7 black out of the box and the screen is flickering both on the preview screen on the camera and in the play back on my computer I have tried changing the sd card to one I use with another go pro with no problem but no improvement :(

Any suggestions or is it faulty ?

By any chance was the video format changed from NTSC to PAL?

Kindly check the settings. Preferences> Regional> Video Format

Hi I had just found this suggestion and changed it and the video is smooth now.

That is I changed it from NTSC to PAL and now it is fine.
