Finding video files

I have been filming and making time laps videos on my go pro fusion. but when I look into the sd cards memory I can only find the timelaps files. before when I did not do timelaps i found my video files easily but I do not know why I cant find them now. the go pro registers that it has 36 videos on it so im confused.

any help would be greatly appriceated.#

thankyou

Re: Finding video files

Hi @royalpeak65354

Is there a chance that it was taken using Time Lapse Photo?

How are you viewing the files? Is it by using an SD adapter? Or is the camera connected via USB cable?

Or is it via the GoPro app (mobile)?

Thanks!

Ej

Re: Finding video files

Hi! Thankyou for the reply. I thought this as well but if I go into video or timelaps mode on the go pro it clearly says I have 36 video filmed and 5000 photos for time laps. I use an sd card adapter to transfer the files to my hard drive but when I look on both sd cards I see no video files.

Re: Finding video files

Hi @royalpeak65354

This is odd. It could be on the SD adapter or the settings of your computer.

Would you mind testing this to a different computer?

You can also use a different SD card adapter.

Thanks!
