Files 0KB

[ New ]

I recorded 3 files with my GoPro 7 Black, but when I went to import them to the computer, I have 0KB for everything. When I put it back into the camera, it says the file is unviewable. When looking at the SD card properties, there is just under 2 GB of used space not accounted for with the other files on the card so it seems like it is on there. I tried the disk repair via Windows 10, but nothing changed. Help please?

Hello,  @smalls102k7. Which SD card are you using? We do not have any preferred methods of data recovery as this may vary from SD card manufacturers of the preferred methods for recovering your data. Since this is certainly not normal for files to suddenly go missing, we recommend reaching out to the SD card manufacturer to further troubleshoot the SD card.

For this instance, it was a Sandisk Extreme 64 GB card. I haven't had any issues with it before. I reached out to Sandisk and waiting a reply, although I still feel like this is a GoPro problem.
