Fehlerhafte Tonaufnahme Hero6

Meine neue Hero 6 nimmt keinen korrekten Ton auf, entweder sie nimmt gar keinen Ton auf oder der Ton startet verzögert zum Video und geht dann nach ein paar Sekunden gegen null kommt dann wieder damit er nach ein paar Sekunden wieder gegen null geht.

Reset der Kamera hat nichts gebracht.

Sorry to hear about your experience. The issue could have been due to a defect on the camera or a simple compatibility issue with the SD cards being used. There are recommended SD cards that have been proven and tested to work with the HERO6 Black camera. Thank you for trying out the camera. Thank you for trying to troubleshoot the issue.

Is this happening to all of your recordings or is it random?

What SD card are you using?

Will you be able to share a sample file via Dropbox or a YouTube link?

 

For issues such as this, we recommend running a manual software update.

You also have the option to refer to the same store/channel you purchased it from.

Hi,

 

I have made the update, it has not fixed the problem.

I testet 2 different cards, the bigger one is a scan disk extreme 64 GB, the other is a older 4GB. 

The problem exists on both cards on every record.

We were on holiday, now all our records a not complete.

I will return the cam a buy a other produkt !!
