Faulty Battery?

Hi,

 

I bought a GoPro Hero 9 on 30.9.2020 (see attached).

 

Every time I come to start it up the battery is at zero. Last time I gave it a full charge and it was only left for 24 hours.

 

Is this a fault or am I doing something wrong here?

 

Where do I go for a replacement?
