Falla GoPro hero 2018

Les comento, enciendo mi cámara que esta nueva, y automáticamente comienza a grabar, aprieto el botón para cancelar y dice grabando y se apaga, no me deja entrar al menú, sacar fotos ni nada.

Pressing the shutter button when the camera is off initiates QuikCapture.

If you wish to turn the camera on and access the menu, just press the mode button(side).
