My brand new fusion won't recognise and import footage to the fusion app no matter what i do, either directly from the camera or from the SD cards. I have read all the forums about sub folders etc and have even contacted Gopro with no luck. I am now curious to wonder if it is because the front lens on my fusion seems to be out of alignment?? The L/H corner of the image is cut off, is this normal??
I am running a 2017 macbook pro and can view the footage in preview but the files are "greyed out" and un-openable in the fusion studio.
The camera is approx 1 month old but have only started using it in the last 2 days.

Since this is a member to member support community, there isn't much we can do for issues such as this.

If you have already updated the camera's firmware, and still sees Error 218, please get in touch with our Support team, @iezzo11. The error will not allow the import of the Fusion files due to incoherent elements. When you contact Support, have sample footage, and camera information handy to get assisted as quickly as possible.
