Extraction Accelerometer Metadata Hero 7

Hello everyone,
I'm new here and I would like to start a project where I track the g-force in all three axis over time while recording a video and then display the respective g-forces in real time with the video. Now I have found a thread on how to extract metadata from a H5 session but I'm not sure about the compatibility of this procedure with a H7. It would be really nice if anyone could tell me if there is a (preferable simple) way to extract the metadata (in a spreadsheet format or something similar) from a H7 or if this is possible in the gopro quik app.
Thank you very much

The Quik desktop app and the GoPro mobile app (not Quik mobile app) will allow you to place gauges like G-force on your videos but they do not create a separate file for import into excel or other spreadsheet program.

You can easily find a YouTube video to walk you through it. RaceRender, Dashware, and the Program on the GoPro Support Groups are all free so you might as well try them out and see what works best for you.

You can check this video out https://youtu.be/hM3tgU0FfGI
@ 1:11 in the video you will see the Data File is created automatically. The file gets saved locally on your computer and you can use it as you wish. It opens in Excel.
