Editing software for desktop windows 10 for hero 8 black for photos and videos? [ New ]

I am new to using a gopro. I have ACDSEE photos studio home 2020 for editing photos. I mostly take photos of horses feet and need to annotate them and edit them. I want to create educational videos too.

What do you recommend as an easy to use editing suite for photos and videos?

If you would like product or tutorial videos to better understand these other applications, I recommend searching online video hosting websites (such as Youtube, Vimeo, etc) for published videos or other 3rd party generated content.
