Don't expect your replacement camera ANYTIME in the near future and don't expect CustServ to...

...do anything other than tell you something that doesn't help. On day 26 waiting for my replacement Fusion camera. This company goes from satisfactory to absolutely furiating.

 

What other company would make their home page inaccessible to support, login, community or anything other than product purchase?

 

In case GoPro is listening, do you think you can you fly someone to the philipeans to train the people who are supposed to trouble shoot your devices? It would be super helpful.

I agree that the gopro.com website launches with the shop page but the Support tab is also on the same page, accessible through the upper- right portion, the same with the log-in tab. Scrolling down the same screen gives the links to other help links.

Sorry to hear about the time delay in getting your replacement out to you. I can attest to having the opposite experience as you. Granted, my issue wasn't with the Fusion. Perhaps they are in shorter supply of the Fusion since it's new and they are still determining demand for production levels.

In my case, I was unable to get the camera to connect to my home WiFi for cloud updating. On Friday I contacted support and we really through some trouble shooting. Within an hour I had my RMA and FedEx lable. On Monday I packed up the camera and dropped it off at FedEx. On Wednesday I received confirmation that the camera was received and on Friday I had my new camera.

I do not live near gopro so the further I live the longer it will take to get there and to me. I also understand there are others ahead of me as well so all that said T I ME  if that is not what you have then I am sorry to say you  are 1000% right. bit it took me   3 days for my camera to get to Riverside ca. from Florida. and 5 days to the Big apple  I was without the camera for 4 weeks but that to me was spot on service   Only complaint I had tehir system went down that caused a delay.  and while on the phone gopro had a  warehouse rep go get my camera in hand and shipped out A.S.A.P.   so again to each tehir own experience but again it was not a Fusion a popular camera today  the session 5 was back then Lol
