Does the Hero 8 work with the Mic Adapter dongle?

If so has anyone experienced issues with it like we had on the 7?  i.e. recording out of sync when using a external power supply.

The HERO8 Black is compatible with the Mic Adapter. I haven't heard of any sync issues.

As I use the Hero 8 wit he promic.  As I am on here and one member experienced the Audio N/A  issue. that will say a lot big time wit hteh Media Module coming out DELAYED>

My Mic adapter no longer works with my hero 8. It still works with my hero 7 perfectly.

No I do not. I updated the unit just recently. That's when it stopped working.
