Thankyou for the reply but the problem is I got the remote on the 15th January along with my new GoPro 9 that didn’t work and I have only just received my replacement GoPro 9 today and I’ve tried 5 days I a row to get hold of GoPro support with no results always too busy. I have however managed to get hold of them about the GoPro 9 originally and to be honest that experience was a absolute nightmare. Having to do a YouTube video showing the problems with camera. I’m a GoPro subscriber and it says camera replacement no questions asked. If I had a choice I would send everything back I bought and just buy another GoPro 8 which I wish I had done in the first place. Can I still do this?
