Do I need more memory?

Hi there,

I'll be going on a holiday to Japan for a month with my GoPro Hero 5 Black. I have 2x Sandisk Extreme 64gb memory cards, and I'm planning to film in 2.7k / 30 fps for the majority of the time.

Will this be enough memory for my time away? Or should I be considering getting another memory card?

Thanks

Re: Do I need more memory?

This is a list of total video recording time you can get on a 64GB SD card (the listing is for Hero4 Black but it's the same for Hero5)

Note: This is not battery recording time but actual storage recording time

Re: Do I need more memory?

Depends on how long you will record each day. I would take a LOT more card though. For a whole month, I would bring at least 7. I'm not joking.
