I received new camera yesterday. One battery isnt charging past 92% and the camera gets really hot after 3 mins on. Is this ok? I updated software and firmware but resolution continues to lag, fuzzy and freeze when using Zoom or OBS. It also happens when I open desktop "preview" with the app. I submitted a ticket an hour ago & was told I'd get a call in 11 min. Still waitting.....
