Die Verbindung zur App scheitert immer wieder

Die Verbindung zur GoProapp scheitert immer wieder und wird dann nicht neu aufgebaut. Ich muss jede dritte Benutzung alle WLAN und Bluetooth Verbindungen löschen und neu verbinden. Nicht nur auf meinem Handy, sondern auch bei anderen, mit denen ich es versucht habe. Der support rät mir nur, auf ein update zu warten. Kennt jemand das Problem?
Hero7 black , verschiedene Android Handys.
Evtl Kamera tauschen?

Have you tried updating the camera manually?

This usually correct issues encountered with the previous installation.

I had better results choosing 2.4Ghz, which has longer range
