Hello, @swiftpeak6731. Make sure that the SD card is inserted correctly in its slot. If you have not done it yet, perform a manual firmware update. This will help clear the issue. The steps under Manual Update here will guide you.

I am facing the same problem 2 days now. Both screens are dead. I tried the update but still don’t work

Thanks for your Response. I did the manual update, but the display is sill dark. Only the Small one on the backside shows for example, that the camera is filming or how many fotos are left. The front Display does not show anything, so i cant connect to Quik or anything else.
