Dead pixel

Dear Sir/ Madam,


March this year I bought the GoPro Hero 9 bundle, and after this I have used the camera a few times before we go on vacation.

However, I noticed during the previous use that I already have a dead pixel on the back of my gopro (on the main screen). This cant be the quality that GoPro stands for, can it?

Will there be a solution to this?

Do you have Protune on? What are the settings used?
