Day 2 - Still can't get in contact with customer support

Hi,

 

I am unable to recieve a call back from gopro due to an error message "Invalid captcha" and it doesn't seem to matter what browser I use.

 

This is also my second day of trying and this is wasting a **bleep** tonne of my time just trying to get help, if I'm a PLUS member what do non-PLUS customers have to go through? 

 

Also your "live" chat has consistently told me that you are too busy and I am unable to even get through to the popup window. 

 

I underdtand that you might be busy but this is a bit ridiculous.

So close! But then I got to position one and then they told me they were too busy!!!!!!!

I'm already day 4 and still not connect the support, too.

Yeah day 3 now for me. It's really dissapointing as I love their cameras but this is killing it for me.
