In the afternoon the camera shoots without problems, there are no unnecessary noises. If switch on the night time mode, when the sun sets and leaves and dark circles appear very dark. When the dawn begins, the circles disappear. I thought that it was from the glare, I tried to turn the camera into darkness, so the situation is the same.
On the camera itself there are no defects, the lens is clean, never removed it. On the same GoPro Hero, 5 such problems were not.
Shooting mode 30 second exposure, auto interval, 3200K, ISO 200-400, flat, protune on.
In the application screenshots from the two final videos. What can be done to avoid such problems? Or is it a marriage of the matrix?

Thanks for the uploaded file for us to visibly see the issue. As you mentioned that the reported issue doesn't happen to your HERO5 Camera, we may need to factor environmental conditions. did you do a side-by-side test? If haven't yet, please take a video.

Now the specialists are working on this issue, ticket 04706408
Now technical support is being discussed with the question.
But according to my last conclusions this is either the marriage of a party of cameras or maybe marriage at all.
The point is that when shooting at night, when the lighting is weak, then there is an effect that looks like yellow in the form of rings. If straight is very dark, it appears in the form of rings, which can be seen in the screenshot. You will say that I find fault, but no, because in the final video file there are not just noise, but distortions of color in the form of rings. I consider this a defect.
As for me, I took 2 different cameras gopro hero 6, chose an exposure of 30 seconds, turned on the protuna, iso 200, white balance 4000K. I took several pictures with each camera. Then he took the lightroom adobe program and applied filters that showed the problem. The problem is there and I'm very disappointed that the camera sold the camera gopro the hero 5.
As an example, I attach the original photo and photo with processing. I think that this is not a normal phenomenon.
photo with the second camera gopro the hero 6
I already wanted to shoot without a protective stalk, but the second camera showed that the problem was either in the firmware or in the camera lens of the gopro hero 6. I will now wait for me to answer in technical support.

LIke to see the set up 8 ft away capturing t he camera shooting thescene. a front view, and a rear view.
I say this as what if you are using something that is reflecting to the lens? this is always in the center the spot? Have you tried taking off the lens protector, and try again? Maybe it if I said before a defective 7 or 8 layer lens the actual sony orgopro lens.

Thanks for the answer, but:
1. The camera was purchased 2 months ago.
2. I have not removed the protective lens yet
3. Visually there are no scratches, chips and other foreign inclusions
4. The ring always appears in the center, but only when shooting at night and long exposures
5. This defect was verified on two different chambers of the GoPro Hero 6
6. On the GoPro Hero 5, there is no such problem when shooting from the same place and
Three cameras were checked, which shot the night sky almost simultaneously, two gopro hero 6 and one gopro hero 5. The problem is only on the cameras of the sixth generation. On the camera gopro hero 5, even with bright illumination of the moon, there are no such circles.

Here are photos from the camera gopro hero 5, when processing the original of such circles there is no and more natural spot dark, corresponding to darkness
