DUDA ,RECLAMACION, ME SIENTO ENGAÑADO

Hola buenas desde hace 7 meses soy usuario de vuestras camaras y me he llevado una gran decepcion con el resultado"que para mi es muy muy mediocre"

mis  dudas y reclamaciones son las siguientes :

 

el tema de la bateria , es normal que solo dure 20 minutos o media hora maximo grabando?? no dura mucho mas

 

el tema de bloqueo  es normal que si para un dia que parece que la bateria dura un poco mas de 20 que me ha pasado 5 veces max de 100 videos es que grabo un par y guardo la camara y cuando la vuelvo a sacar ya no tiene bateria, LA CAMARA LA APAGUE

eso solo me pasa a veces , ahora lo que hago siempre es comprobar que se apague correctamente y si veo que se calienta cuando esta apagada le quito la batt.

 

y vosotros como vendedores de una camara que decis que es de gama alta no teneis verguenza de vender esto asi?? 

 

por que no sacais una actualizacion de la camara solucionando esos problemas o que no teneis ni idea de donde van los tiros, mi consejo cambiar de programador que igual se soluciona.

 

mi camara tiene la version 1.90 

y la tarjeta es una lexar 1000x 256g ush-II u3

 

espero solucioneis pronto esto , sino tendre que ponerme en contacto con algun especialista y que me asesore en la medida oportunas a tomar

Thank you for the details that you provided, @pablopitu1980. Good to know that you are using a recommended SD card. The current firmware version for the HERO8 Black is 1.6 (so maybe the 1,9 has been mistyped or you have a different camera model). 

 

Have you been able to perform the short record time test as suggested in the previous response to your post above? In an attempt to resolve the issue, have you been able to manually update the camera firmware? There are instances when the camera may have the latest firmware but a manual update is necessary to clear out any possible error with the current installation. 

 

If the above steps have been done and you continue to observe the same issue, please engage our Support team for further troubleshooting. @pablopitu1980, sorry to hear about the trouble. These are odd behaviors in the camera.

 

Make sure that a recommended SD card is used for your camera. Using SD cards that aren't recommended can cause issues like freezing as the card isn't fast enough to write the content, the camera getting hot or battery consumption is higher than normal as the camera stays in an active mode trying to sync to the card.

 

It is also important to determine battery integrity to make sure that your camera works smoothly. You may perform a short record time test through the instructions here: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/Short-Record-Times/ta-p/395856
 

Should you get a runtime that is significantly shorter than the expected battery life, despite you using a recommended SD card and the camera being updated to the latest firmware, let our Support team know. Supongo que ni has leido el post, la sd es lexar 1000x 256g ush-II u3 es de fotografia profesional, la go pro la encendi y estaba parada 10 dias y tenia ahora bateria.
Solo pasa cuando se bloquea a veces.
Ahora siempre procuro quitar la bateria y volvera a poner antes de guardar.
Si , me pondre en contacto con el servicio tectico
Pero ya lei en todos los foros que es normal.
Tanto el calentamiento como el bloqueo de la camara
Mañana les enviare un email y espero respuesta y solucion

Si mi modelo es la gopro hero 7 black , me equivoque al ponerlo en el foro pero lo cambie , he hecho todas las pruebas menos lo de instalar manualmente.

acabo de meter manualmente el firmware a la gopro hero 7 black( se me olvido quitar y meter la bateria  al apagar y de el 80% estaba al 3% desde el ultimo uso) ES UNA VERGUEZA.

voy a cargarla y hacer pruebas .

he intentado ponerme en contacto con vosotros por el encaze y me dice que esta cerrado , la unica forma parece que es por aqui.

explicame bien como hacer esto :

tengo la bateria al 100% y la camara encendida.

la resolucion a 2.7k 60  S
