Cracked screen and can’t get support!![ New ]
I used my new hero8 for the first time on the weekend and noticed at the end of the day the screen was cracked. No major impacts or falls and at most I may have bumped it on something. For 2 days now I have been trying to get a hold of customer support and can’t get access to web chat and every time I request a call (almost 10 times now) the person on the other end is saying they can’t hear me. What makes this strange is I have tried to speak to them on my mobile phone, through my AirPods, in my car hands free and on the home landline. What is going on!!
