Looks like they are out of stock on the part
You should call or shoot them an email. They can notify you if they get one in stock (sometimes they will get one for you).
I would not use the camera in water after doing any repairs (which you aren't doing anyway since it's cracked), but with the SuperSuit you will be OK.
Just FYI, with GoPro Plus you can get up to two camera replacements per year. The cost to have a new camera to replace your current is about the same as the cost to repair. You are much better off just doing the replacement through GoPro.

Thanks, Daniel for the quick reply.
I'm a photographer and super meticulous with my equipment. Presently in Nepal and my brand-new Osprey backpack was loaded on top of the bus where the metal railing BURNED through the pack, gauged a nice "dent" in my brand-new Benro tripod. Then my Nepalese guide was holding my GoPro (in a pouch) to hand to me when needed, but literally smashed it in his pack and out came the cracked screen.
It was an expensive day.
I am planning on heading to Thailand and wanted to snorkel or dive with the GoPro. Not sure how legit the housings I can find in Kathmandu are - worried I may totally ruin the camera.
And then the thought of replacing the back - akin to the screen on your phone - may make it less waterproof, right?
