Contacting your Chat support is a pain!

Hi GoPro Team,

 

I badly need assistance. Been trying to reach your chat support the entire week but all i get is long wait time that results to nothing or no agents available despite me reaching out during office hours (Western Europe Time).

 

Please help me out for an urgent technical issue of my Hero5

After 48 minutes of waiting time, I finally got answered. Was assisted by Marlon M. and he went above and beyond to resolve my problem within just 1 contact. Glad I was able to speak to him as he was empathetic about my situation and resolved my problem in a timely manner. Hope that my experience would be the same for other customers who wait to be assisted as it makes the wait time worth. Props to Marlon and GoPro Team.

Aaaand it ended well. Got my package from the cool UPS delivery guy, tested and is working awesome as always! Thank you GoPro! Would give 11/10 for my awesome experience!
