Connecting app with camera

Hero Black 7. Connected when I bought it, after a few attempts, resetting connection info, forgetting wifi and bluetooth info history. Now, it just can't find my camera. I've reset the camera. Forgot all info on my phone. Deleted and re-installed the app. Everything I've read on the forums, I've done.

I dont understand how I can connect to the camera with bluetooth AND wifi, and this pos app STILL can't find my camera. 3.9 rating on google play is pretty generous IMO

Sorry for any troubles caused.

What phone are you using?

To isolate the issue, have you tried pairing it with another mobile device?

 

If it's still the same, we recommend re-flashing the software through this link.

Select your camera's model then follow "Update your camera manually".

Once done, proceed with the pairing process.

To isolate the issue, have you tried pairing it with another mobile device?

 

If it's still the same, we recommend re-flashing the software through this link.

Select your camera's model then follow "Update your camera manually".

Once done, proceed with the pairing process.
